Yakka was engaged as the Head Contractor for the ambitious 96 Hobsonville Road project, tasked with developing a 5.5-hectare greenfield site into a modern, fully serviced industrial subdivision. Our role encompassed every stage, ensuring a seamless transition from raw land to a meticulously planned commercial hub.

Mastering complex infrastructure
This project was a comprehensive display of our subdivision development expertise. It involved extensive cut-to-fill operations, precise imported fill, the construction of 5-metre high retaining walls, and the installation of critical services including wastewater, stormwater, electrical, fibre, street lighting, and traffic signals. The successful delivery of all these services, complete with new footpaths and roading, was achieved with zero defects, underscoring Yakka's commitment to quality.
